I think a lot of fans were fearful that the Bengals would hire within the organization.  

I think that change was necessary and I think most fans were excited but there were disagreements on who the new guy should be.  For Taylor to win over fans, the team will have to win. Win in the playoffs.  Anything short of that, I think fans will continue to question the hire.
