I think he shoulders a bunch of the blame. Just don't think the whole world can be blamed on the red headed step child. I mean, sucking is something the Bengals have done for a long time, pre Dalton. Want to use a few anomalies like Watson or Jackson, but the league has had runners before and they never made it far or consistent winners and playoffs ( Russel Wilson aside ).
