When do we make the switch at QB?

With only one year left on his contract, his playoff and prime time woes, what looks like 4 losing seasons in a row, and his age, Dalton probably isn’t going to bring back that much in trade anyway.

I understand that, but something is always better than nothing. Even if it's just a late round pick, I'd rather bring something back for Dalton than to just cut him and get nothing.
