This is what really has me on the cliff. We aren't trying to rebuild. We think we're supposed to be competitive right now. We have no plan to get better nor anyone in the organization who can develop and execute a plan to do so. Basically we may get to lose a playoff game in the next 15 years as history repeats itself.
