I think a problem we run into around here frequently is this... Some of us look and evaluate the team in a very analytical manner,  while others tend to be all about supporting the team no matter what - having faith, etc..

Not saying either approach is right or wrong. Just think the disconnect on this is a leading cause of conflict, well that and Fred.
