He's hit or miss.
In my league (PPR 1 point) he put up 13.1 in week 2... 20.4 in week 3. In week 1 and week 4 he kinda stunk it up. He hasn't been targeted more than 8 times a game this season.
I think he's good for between 7- 9 TDs this year... Unfortunately you've missed out on 2 of them.
He's not a bad flex player, but I think he's a better real football player than he is a fantasy player.
