For those saying that Zac has little say and that it's all management...this Goodberry tweet seems to indicate that management had Pollack on the staff...then Taylor was hired and wanted Turner.

Because they wanted Turner. The originally told Pollack he was on the staff and then Taylor was hired and Zac wanted his guy.
