This signals that they are taking a QB in the draft. I expect Dalton is dealt in the off season. They benched him on his birthday, without warning, just hours before the trade deadline. As far as I am aware he is the only player that got benched for the purpose of "evaluating the backup." Benched before Bobby Hart. The shade is real.
