They were talking about new Head Coaches on Sirius radio yesterday. According to them, it takes 3-5 years to tell if a new Head Coach will be good or not, and that if an organization does not intend to give him that long, almost all will fail. Of course, here on this board, we can make that determination in 8 games.....
