TO's issues weren't on the field. I feel like teams didn't like his personality. That said, I wouldn't call him dumpster diving. Isn't he a HOFer now?

There were points when we did sign free agents...Antonio Bryant is a great example. Odom. John Thornton. Tory James. We traded for Deltha ONeal and Reggie Nelson.

Then for about the past 6-7 years...we seem to have drastically reversed course.
