I still hope/think they manage to figure out a way to win a game. It's hard to go 0-16. It's embarrassing. it's a level of incompetence that this team never managed to achieve even in the lost decade.
I'm not saying you have to fire him at 0-16, but it should at least be on the table. That's a demonstrably awful feat that almost no team manages to accomplish, even with massive injuries, even with inexperienced staffs, even with terrible rosters, and (this is important) even with Mike Brown running the team.
It's a clear sign that you're probably not a NFL head coach.
I'd gut the staff and roster if it happens. Start over with a number 1 pick and do a real rebuild.
