If you get a chance to take a real franchise star at QB you take it no matter what....then build around him. In a rebuild Left Tackle and QB are great places to start. If they throughly scout Burrow and Tua and they come away not impressed then yea I'm all for Chase Young Andrew Thomas Jerry Jeudy because they are difference makers.
