Not very difficult to see why they are so bad. It is the perfect comedy of errors.
1) Horrible drafts. Just go look at the first 3 rounds of the last 5 drafts. Yikes.
2) Absolutely no plan to fill in the holes from those missed drafts through free agency.
3) Injuries to Williams and Green. This offense, especially the OL, was not good last year. You draft LT with a top 10 pick just to lose him in preseason. Then you lose your best offensive player (Green). This offense would have been near the bottom with them.
4) An inexperienced coach that is way in over his head.
5) Poor coordinators. The search for a defensive coordinator was embarrassing.
