If the Bengals just get rid of Dalton, Glenn, Hart, and Kirkpatrick, they will have over $100 mill in cap space for 2020.
Dennard, Eifert, Billings, Green, Hopkins all FAs so they may not re-sign anyway.
I've already gone through a mock offseason in the Mock Drafts section that would be something I would do, but basically they could allow their FAs to walk except for Hopkins (and Billings), make a couple cuts in Glenn and Dalton, and still have plenty of room to sign 3-5 upper-tier FAs and really bring this team back to contending (if playcalling improves).

Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. Ended 9-8 but barely missed playoffs
Changes needed to do better in Sept/Oct moving forward.
Sorry for Party Rocking!
