It would likely have to be (I think Dalton is gone this off-season.) The team would still be bad, but the question would be are they bad enough? The key would be if they are able to get someone like Lawrence or Fields in 2021 (which would be nearly an absolute necessity in my opinion.) I think Cincinnati will be pretty bad next year, but I don't know how bad.
I have another mock that actually addresses QB and offensive line that was also a fun one which I think I realistically lean more towards.
