IF he went to an organization with a good Front Office...he likely could have success.

It's hard to be good at coaching, scouting, game-planning, PR, etc. It's A LOT to ask.

Look...we have a new coach that we plopped into the same situation...with a similar roster, and a year of draft picks, and some new free agents...and he can't win 1 single game.
