I've mentioned it in a couple threads and I still think about it. Where would this team be now if Mikey had done the right thing and canned Marvin after 2015 ? Should have been done before that but anyways, what was it all for ? We totally wasted 3 seasons of the then still decent core and barely tried to improve over what hadn't worked 5 years straight. 

So here we are still in hell
