At least three things could happen:
1. Zac gains experience and ends up becoming respected as a Head Coach/Co-ordinator
2. Zac continues to underwhelm as a Head Coach/Co-ordinator which threatens his career
3. Zac (or the Bengals) decide that he may survive better longer term as a Head Coach by hiring an Offensive Co-ordinator
