I think Taylor has it in him to be a good HC, but I agree that we haven't seen it yet. I think he came into a bad situation and was already trying to play catch up with filling out his staff etc. He has the stigma of working under Mike Brown working against him in FA as well as in hiring assistant coaches. He also inherited a largely lifeless roster who do not expect to win. He's fighting an uphill battle for sure, but if he can survive long enough and has wits enough to turn over the roster and make the proper changes to his staff, I think he could turn out pretty well. Odds are he doesn't make it without a significant change of ways by Mikey B.
