When you don't have results at this massive level and there aren't more than minor improvements to point too...all you can really cite is effort.

Well the team definitely has talent. Even without AJ Green, the offensive skill positions are better than a decent amount of teams in the NFL. Definitely the Steelers and Bills...and they have much better records.
