Signing any top end player is important regardless of which team they come from... Geno Atkins, Carlos Dunlap, and Tyler Boyd were their last big signings and they are some pretty damn good football players.

They are, but not signing outside FA’s means we rely solely on the draft, and that leaves considerable wholes, and a lack of depth. We’re seeing that right now. How much better would we have been this year had we brought in some decent OL, LB, WR, etc? Just look at the Bills.
