While I generally agree with the idea of Simmons I'd like to hear how he views the rest of the team and who he'd get rid of and who he might bring in. The worst thing that Simmons could do is get named HC with no changes and no power to implement change. A 0-16 season wouldn't do much for his career.. Talk about career suicide..
