For me I'd look at:
Offense:
1) AJ Green- no more than 12 per year, 3/36 is as far as I go
2) Tyler Eifert- 3/18
3) Joe Mixon-not a FA but I'd look at locking him up.
--everyone else I would get rid of and look to the draft or waiver wire to replace.
Defense:
1) Darqueze Dennard- 3/24- good slot guy, but has missed a lot of time
2) Nick Vigil- 2/9- I'd pay him as a 4th linebacker, any more than this I'd let walk
3) Brandon Wilson- RFA 1.8million tender
4) Josh Topou-RFA 1.8 million tender
5) Clayton Fejedelem- 3/12- good special teamer, and backup
--that's it for me I like Billings, but I don't overpay for a NT when we have WREN/TOPOU, and can draft one later. gotta spend $$ in other places.
--also with FA cuts we can add more to the cap space:
1) Dalton-17.7 -no brainer
2) Glenn-9.5 -no brainer
3) Kirkpatrick 11.3 possible cut, as he is not worth that $$$
