IF an organization is as solid as the Pats or Ravens then you would probably have a dynasty like the Pats have been, and the Ravens will be if Jackson stays healthy, AND they keep talent on both sides of the ball.

Speaking of Brady and Jackson, they were 'drafted' as backups to learn under Bledsoe and Flacco (another very 'average' QB).

They didn't set college football on fire, and only got discovered because the starters got hurt!
