The Bengals were going to draft Steve Young but a USFL owner offered him a ridiculous amount of money, so his decision was more than likely money motivated. It does make you think though...NFL Bengals or USFL.

The new CBA changed the rookie pool forever. Since 2011,not 1 # draft pick has refused to play for any team.

That is a fact and not some BS theory.
