Who had better offense as a Rookie Palmer, Dalton, Burrow

Palmer had the best set up far as offense. He had a great o-line with bookend tackles ,dynamic WR’s and a good RB in Rudi Johnson. T.J houshmandzadeh was missing at WR on the list. I’m counting 2004 as his rookie year considering he sat a year. That roster however didn’t last long due to numerous issues.
