Bengals have no plans on trading the #1 pick

I guess I'm more ok with them selecting Burrow and not listening to offers if they plan on getting some of the top free agents. If it's status quo in free agency and they only plan to improve through the draft, I'd want to get the king's ransom for the #1 pick.
