I hope that Lapham was right and the Bengals are going to throw the fans a bone with a decent free agent starter.

I also hope that starter is an O-linemen. The salary savings from Dalton won't be used to fund any free agents. It just never happens and I doubt it happens this year. They will use that to extend AJ, Mixon and anyone else they need to.
