I've had a theory for awhile now that the Bengals were intentionally drafting guys that were passive personalities, perhaps because they're more loyal and easier to keep and partly because passionate players like Dillon and Pickens had burned them in the past.
Andy, Gio, Leon, Geno, AJ and even Whit to an extent were all "good soldier" types.
