Exactly how I would do it.
Defensive players that play in the same scheme from another team don't take long to adjust.
Offensive Linemen usually do, because they need to learn how the person on each side of them and the QB play as well.  Not to say we should not grab a good a FA OL, but better to use draft and let them grow together.
