I personally don’t think it makes sense to sign Whit at either tackle or guard. Whit is 37 and this team is rebuilding or should be. Glenn’s replacement is Williams and I think Fred Jonson is a cheaper option at backup swing tackle. Plus add in the concussion factor and his relationship with the team I think he is good as gone. I think the team still needs to add a quality starting RT which hopefully we can draft or sign in free agency.
