If anyone cares to remember back to lat summer the Reds were still making big moves. They moved Puig for Bauer and a few others.. They nabbed Galvis and that was well after the big splash to get Puig and whatsisface who didn't work out. This offseason has been even better, BUT if they fail and don't end up competing in the division I can see several years of rapid decline to pay off some of these big moves. Anything's possible.
