Iloka is incredibly articulate and intelligent; not even what he said, but how he said it: the guy clearly has his brain functioning at a high level.

He basically re-told what we all know and have been saying, but I think it rings true that he said that just because the results aren't there, doesn't mean they aren't trying.

I was blown away by his interview.   I can't think of more than maybe a handful of player interviews ever that have impressed me like that one.  We need to get him on our staff and start grooming him for a coordinator role - to start.  And it's not just his communication skill.   The guy just has really good judgment.   I liked him when we drafted him, and I'm officially a fan.
