Sure slow wideouts for example have been successful, but I don't ignore 40 times. 40 times aren't everything in the evaluation process.
Orlando Brown is a perfect example of tape over measurements. The measurements said the guy couldn't move an old lady blocking the milk at the grocery but the tape said something far different. Measurements may cause you to go back and look at tape to double check you saw correctly but when you let a measurement drive an evaluation you end up with John Ross or like I said above passing on an Orlando Brown.
