Also for those interested here is an interesting article I ran across where they were talking about Kyler Murray last year and hand size. They did some statistics and according to their research, albeit limited, there was "no statistical relationship" between some NFL QBs hand size and number of fumbles. There was a slightly larger but insignificant correlation between hand size and cold weather performance. They used QBs that had entered the draft in the last 5 years (article is from 2019) and had started multiple games. Again it is a very limited sample size and not very sound research IMO but I found it somewhat interesting.

Here's another surprisingly well wrote article by ESPN that talks about how dumb the hand size thing is. Also how dumb the measurement is given the pinky is considered to be the most useless part of the hand for throwing a football.
