Hart don't have to be great, that's the point.  If you put a really strong, drive blocking Guard between him and Hopkins, it will cure a lot of ills and make the entire group better.  By and large, good Guards are cheaper than top end Tackles.  Besides, I follow the philosophy that you build a line from the inside outward.  If you have a good Center and strong set of Guards, you can get by with average Tackles, and still run the ball well on the interior, thus opening up a lot of options to keep the Tackles from constantly being "on their heels".
