I'm going to have to trust the Bengals on this one. If they think he can turn it around and become a starter at guard, you keep him. If they think he's only backup material, trade him for a pick. Is a 7th worth it for a backup when it does nothing for the cap? Dallas doesn't have a 6th, but have a compensatory 5th. That's what I'd aim for.
