Yep, that's the hope.

This was never going to be a one year turn around with such an inexperienced coach. The key thing now is does he learn from his mistakes and improve with experience. This off season has been promising in that regard.

I don't expect him to be fully up to speed for another 3 or 4 years but that first year is the steepest bit.
