I'll try to help you get this back on topic.
It's definitely great to see. I'll add that they seem to be emphasizing high-character guys with playoff experience to build the team culture. We've already seen some "me" guys let go with possibly some more on their way out. I wonder if this means an ending of the Pacman/Burflict type head cases.
