This.  Does anyone know the date after the draft where players have to either be cut or traded before they count against a team's cap?  Right now, I would say with good certainty that before that date...after the draft, however, that both of them won't be on the team.  Shawn Williams being released also makes some sense.  

FWIW, I honestly don't see the Bengals giving up the draft equity that is being bartered around for a FA OT.  I think they are happy with WIlliams at LT, Hart at RT, and Johnson as a backup.  It is the guard position that still has me intrigued about guys like Thuney.
