Are you saying the Bengals would draft Tua Tagovailoa over Joe Burrow or even Justin Herbert? I can see this possibly playing out only if Tua had not been injured but that's water under the proverbial bridge. I don't see this happening at all. Tua Tagovailoa doesn't fit the Zac Taylor scheme. Joe Burrow does and to a lesser extent so does Justin Herbert.
