Technically speaking, you can find a starter at any position as a day 3 pick. Doesn't mean the odds are great. The Bengals last 3 feature backs were all 2nd round picks. It's probably something they need to look at in 3-4. A rookie QB without a decent run game is a recipe for disaster.
