My point is i prefer to draft a player that we have tape on and has played that position especially this high of pick.. I see other more specific RTs i would like in 3rd or trade back , get them later in 2nd and pick a extra pick maybe in 3 for sure 4th to add more depth in other positions of need
I’m telling you in our scheme it makes no difference. In a zone blocking scheme the RT and LT are going to step down both directions anyways. Pass blocking makes a little difference but you start him at RG where it’s an easier transition then the kick out to RT is no issue at all.
