Do you see Jones as a plug and play starter?  I personally like him a lot as a long term developmental prospect, but I question his ability to have a great immediate impact due to his technique and strength issues which will be hard to address with virtual OTA's.  That's not to say I think he's a bad pick at 33, just that I don't see him being a quality starter year 1.
