I think he didn't get an A+ because it was a known pick.  IDK, I have seen them be pretty brutal on some other teams picks.  For example they gave the Browns a lot of Bs including their first pick Willis Jr.   Steelers got a fair amount of B's and a C  Ravens are all B's a C and a D+. They also hammered the Pats with some C's and an F for picking a kicker.  Just a few of the teams I looked at via CBS scores.

You can choose all picks and then by team to see the grades for each team. Again I don't give it much weight but found it interesting.
