The Patriot way is the believe that Bill will take a player (that commits to the Patriot way) and move them up a level and really that actually is what makes Andy appealing to teams like the Patriots.. He has performed well enough to get into the playoffs, as a whole protects the ball and gets rid of it.. that is appealing to Patriots since they have a system that would build on that
