I bet we see a lot more turnover next year as Taylor gets his kind of guys. OL/TE and D-line depth still need upgrades.

Part of it... But we have also had sub par coaching from coordinators and position coaches (head coach has been suspect as well) since the end of 2015 too. I haven't noticed too many teams trying to poach our coaching staff since then.
