We'll add 4 wins the next year by JB being a year older, scheme/players/coaches matched a little closer, and chemistry gained by them playing together.

No, they'll give Zach at least 2 more years with Joe unless they're abysmal next year, which I don't think they will be. They'll be much more competitive than last year.
