I'ts hard to predict what 2020 will look like for this team.
Since 2003, 16 teams with 5 wins or less have finished in their division's basement, only to win it the next season.
However, only 5 of the 31 teams (prior to Bengals last year) to finish 2-14 had a winning season the year after.
I'm optimistic though. I think if they can stay relatively healthy and all the new players gel quickly...it could be a very exciting season that will be fun to watch play out.
