Sorry, first I've heard that he's 100%...not that I've paid super close attention to Tua.
If he truly is healthy, that changes everything. Then they should trade/cut Rosen and keep the veteran guy around for Tua.
That said, they need to be sure he truly is full go.
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.
